Conference Cancellation Policy
Please note that this event is in-person. Conference registration cancellations submitted by June 1, 2022 will be fully refundable and will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations received between June 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022 will be charged a $75.00 fee. Cancellations received on or after July 1, 2022 will be entirely non-refundable.
To cancel your conference registration, please e-mail jaecy@biokansas.org with the subject line: Conference Refund. If your cancellation e-mail is received after June 30, 2022, your cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
If the Conference is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the BioKansas team will share updates as they are available. If the event must be cancelled, BioKansas is not liable for any fees incurred by participants/attendees.
