The Golf Scramble is one of BioKansas’ largest events, where attendees join industry leaders for a round of golf, great food, drinks, and networking. Sponsors have the opportunity to interact with and promote their brand in creative ways – all while giving back to the community.

Sponsorships are available for two golf scrambles in 2022:

Topeka – June 23, 2022

Kansas City – August 26, 2022

Presenting Sponsor

Join us as the EXCLUSIVE Presenting Sponsor of the BioKansas Golf Scramble. As the main sponsor, your company will be acknowledged through signage and recognition. Bring your company to the event, as this main sponsorship comes with a free team registration.

19th Hole Sponsor

After awards are announced and prizes are handed out, players and volunteers are invited to congregate at a designated bar nearby to cool off and enjoy some drinks. Signage and recognition during the awards ceremony are included in this sponsorship.

Lunch Sponsor

The BioKansas Golf Scramble attracts industry professionals and supporters from around the region. Lunch sponsors are also treated to having a sleeve of golf balls given to each player with their logo on each ball. Signage and verbal recognition during the awards ceremony are included in this sponsorship.

Breakfast Sponsor

Every player and volunteer is treated to a continental breakfast before heading out onto the course for the day. Signage and verbal recognition during breakfast are included in this sponsorship, as well as the opportunity to give brief welcoming remarks.

Grand Raffle Prize

Players, volunteers, and the community can win prizes during each Golf Scramble. The Grand Raffle Prize Sponsorship will go towards a big-ticket item that will be raffled off during the 19th hole networking event and award ceremony. This sponsor will pick out the winning raffle ticket and announce the winner.

Drink Cart Sponsor

The Beverage carts circle the course throughout playing time, giving drinks to players and sponsors with tickets.

Hole In One Contest Sponsor

The Hole In One contest is available on four of the holes.

Men's Longest Drive

Contest holes provide prizes to the winners of each contest hole. A sign with your logo will be placed next to the tee box at the designated hole for the Scramble. Sponsors are invited to bring volunteers along with chairs and/or a tent to meet and greet players.

Snack Bag Sponsor

Each player and volunteer is given a bag of snacks and a water bottle to enjoy during play. This sponsorship includes recognition on each individual bag.

Women's Longest Drive

Contest holes provide prizes to the winners of each contest hole. A sign with your logo will be placed next to the tee box at the designated hole for the Scramble. Sponsors are invited to bring volunteers along with chairs and/or a tent to meet and greet players.

Closest To The Pin

Contest holes provide prizes to the winners of each contest hole. A sign with your logo will be placed next to the tee box at the designated hole for the Scramble. Sponsors are invited to bring volunteers along with chairs and/or a tent to meet and greet players.

Longest Putt

Contest holes provide prizes to the winners of each contest hole. A sign with your logo will be placed next to the tee box at the designated hole for the Scramble. Sponsors are invited to bring volunteers along with chairs and/or a tent to meet and greet players.
