Overview

Training Interculturally Competent Leaders in Equitable and Inclusive Practices is a four-part training experience that provides PhD students with the necessary tools to increase their intercultural competency.

Lessons will be delivered by community, industry, academic, and federal agency partners to support students in gaining a deeper understanding of the value of intercultural competency.
